Warranty conditions
In case of a warranty claim, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the trolley.
Please note that your dealer will need the trolley, along with the battery, charger, and any other accessories, to send it to the factory. Please also have your proof of purchase ready. KIFFE Golf Manufaktur GmbH offers an 8-year warranty on the frame of all models from 2025 onwards. The electronics and battery are covered by a 2-year warranty. Wear parts (such as wheels, tires, controls, handles, rubber bands, etc.) and paint damage are excluded from the warranty.
Batteries are subject to an unstoppable aging process. Any resulting reduction in performance is not a manufacturing defect. KIFFE's proprietary BMS system, along with careful handling of the battery, ensures a longer lifespan. Please observe the charging instructions, as well as the safety and warning information in this user manual.
The replacement of the trolley or parts thereof under warranty, as well as any repairs carried out, does not extend the warranty period.
Basic requirements for the takeover
Warranty services are:
- compliance with the instructions in this user manual,
- Intended use of the trolley (transporting a golf bag on the golf course),
- regular, appropriate care,
- Use only the battery and charger originally supplied by KIFFE.
The warranty/guarantee expires:
- in case of improper use or handling of the trolley
- in case of overloading, e.g., by towing with a buggy or golf cart, or by using the trolley as a towing device
- in case of water damage
- in case of transport damage
- in case of fall damage
- due to lack of care
- in case of changes to the system (mechanical, electrical, changes to parameters and/or software)
- in case of removal/destruction of attached serial numbers
- when carrying out modifications and/or repairs without the express written authorization of the manufacturer.
- in the case of defects and damage caused by force majeure or accidents
- in the case of defects and damage resulting from the use of non-original KIFFE spare parts when replacing parts.
- if the battery and/or charger show signs of having been opened, disassembled, punctured, dropped, crushed, exposed to extreme temperatures, tampered with, short-circuited, immersed or doused in water or other liquids, deeply discharged or otherwise damaged
- mechanical damage to plugs or cables
- improper transport or storage of the trolley and/or battery
- Battery damage caused by external environmental influences (e.g., overvoltage from lightning strikes)
