Warranty conditions

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the dealer from whom you bought the trolley.

Please note that your dealer needs the trolley together with the battery, charger and any other optional accessories in order to send it to the factory. In this case, please also have your proof of purchase ready. KIFFE Golf Manufaktur GmbH grants an 8-year warranty on the frame for all models from 2025. A 2-year warranty is granted on the electronics and the battery. Wear parts (such as wheels, tires, controls, handles, rubber straps etc.) and paint damage are excluded from the warranty and from the statutory liability for defects.

Batteries are subject to an unavoidable aging process. Any resulting loss of performance is not a manufacturing defect. KIFFE's own BMS system ensures a longer service life, as does careful handling of the battery. Please observe the charging instructions as well as the safety and warning notices in the operating instructions.

Neither the replacement of the trolley or parts thereof under warranty nor any repairs carried out extend the warranty period.

The basic requirements for the provision of warranty services are:

• compliance with the instructions in the operating manual,
• use of the trolley as intended (transporting a golf bag on the golf course),
• regular, appropriate care,
• exclusive use of the battery and charger originally supplied by KIFFE.

The warranty / liability for defects lapses:

• in the event of improper use or handling of the trolley
• in the event of overloading, e.g. by towing with a buggy or golf cart or by using the trolley as a towing vehicle
• in the event of water damage
• in the event of transport damage
• in the event of damage caused by falls
• in the event of insufficient care
• in the event of modifications to the system (mechanical, electrical, changes to parameters and/or software)
• if attached serial numbers have been removed or destroyed
• if interventions and/or repairs are carried out without the express written approval of the manufacturer
• in the event of defects and damage attributable to force majeure or accidents
• in the event of defects and damage attributable to the fact that no original KIFFE spare parts were used when replacing parts
• if the battery and/or charger show signs indicating that it has been opened, dismantled, punctured, dropped, crushed, exposed to extreme temperatures, tampered with, short-circuited, immersed in or doused with water or other liquids, deeply discharged or damaged in any other way
• in the event of mechanical damage to plugs or cables
• in the event of improper transport or improper storage of the trolley and/or battery
• in the event of damage to the battery caused by external environmental influences (e.g. overvoltage due to lightning)
