Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €11.95 per order.
When purchasing an eTrolley, we charge a flat shipping fee of €14.95 per order.
International deliveries:

We charge a flat international shipping fee as follows: worldwide = €14.95 per order.
When purchasing an eTrolley, we charge a flat shipping fee of €23.50 per order.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, and international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further payment details

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
