  • Mechanical and electronic function test
  • Inspection of the motor axles and the motor
  • Wheel bearing check, wheel check, drive pin check
  • Technical cleaning of the wheel mechanism
  • Replacement of the bumpers on the upper bag rest
  • Replacement of the lower bag rest
  • Replacement of all mounting studs incl. rubber buffers
  • Replacement of the handle grip if no leather grip is fitted
  • Replacement of the plastic locks if no metal locks are fitted
  • Replacement of the upper and lower elastic bag straps
  • Adjustment and setting of all moving parts
  • Inspection and calibration of the configured software parameters
  • Installation of the latest software version
  • Trolley cleaning, straight-line tracking checked and readjusted if necessary
