  • Functional test mechanical and electronic
  • Inspection of the engine axles and the engine
  • Wheel bearing inspection, wheel inspection, drive pin inspection
  • Technical cleaning of the wheel mechanism
  • Replacement of the bumpers on the upper pocket surface
  • Renewal of the lower pocket support
  • Replacement of all hanging mushrooms including rubber buffers
  • Replacement handle if no leather handle is installed
  • Replacement of the plastic locks if no metal locks are installed.
  • Replacement of the top and bottom elastic straps for the pockets
  • Adjusting and setting all moving parts
  • Testing and calibration of configured software parameters
  • Install the latest software version
  • Clean trolley, check straight-line tracking, readjust if necessary.
